Shipping and Return Policy

SHIPPING POLICY

The delivery of the order will be made to the delivery address specified by the ordering party. If one or more of the items you have ordered are out-of-stock or discontinued at the time of ordering, we will not be able to accept your order.

We will then inform you by email if this should be the case. Pri’CBD, LLC ships with USPS Priority Mail. 

International orders carry additional shipping charges and must meet regulations for the sale of these products to that country. 

We ship from Wisconsin USA. We process and ship all orders within 48 hours of receipt (unless otherwise stated). Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 8:00AM – 5:00PM CST, excluding holidays).

Orders placed during special promotions or on a holiday are excluded. We do not ship on national holidays.

RETURNS

Under no circumstances will we accept a return of a product. All sales are final.

DAMAGED PRODUCT

Under special and agreeable circumstances, if a product is damaged during shipping, we will replace that product.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

When purchasing products through the Subscription option, your card will be charged monthly for the product or products you have opted to receive for your Subscription. You may change, cancel, or add to your subscription service at any time. Failed payments due to expired cards or insufficient funds may result in the cancellation of your subscription.
